How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Take a look at our Storage Unit Size Estimator! Or, call us at 801-400-1086 and one of our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size.

What size storage units do you offer and how much do they cost?
Take a look at every storage unit size available here. We have a unit for every budget so you don’t pay for space you don’t need. Our most popular sizes are 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20, but we have smaller and much largeer units that may be just right for your storage needs. Please contact us to for availability and prices.

How do I get started renting storage space?
We make it quick and easy for you to get started renting storage space. Simply decide which size of storage you would like and call us at 801-400-1086 to reserve. We will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Do I need to provide documentation in order to rent a storage unit?
Yes. You will need to provide a valid form of identification in order to rent a unit.

How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases. That means no long term contracts!

How much notice am I required to give Provo Central Storage before moving out?
We ask for a 15 day notice.

Do you have climate-controlled storage units?
No. We do not provide air conditioning nor heating to any of our storage units. We do offer heating in our shop spaces however.

Does Provo Central Storage provide locks for my storage unit?
No. We recommend you purchase and use your own lock with your own key or combination.

What hours can I access my storage unit?
We offer 24 hour gated access, 7 days a week.

Who can have access to my storage unit?
Only people you choose to give your access code and key to will have access to your storage unit. We do not hold a key to your lock, nor can we gain access to your unit.

Do you have a dumpster that I can use?
No, all garbage should be taken out and properly disposed of.

Is power available?
Power is available in each of our shop spaces. Power is also available in some storage units. Contact us for details.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, at our on-site dropbox, or over the phone by credit card. Online reservations and payments are coming soon! You may also arrange to have your monthly payment automatically charged to your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature.

Can I pay online at Provo Central Storage?
We are working on this and expect to make it available to customers sometime during the summer of 2013.

Do you offer an auto-payment option?
Yes, we can set up an automatic monthly credit card payment for you.

Can I pay at the Provo Central Storage location?
Yes. We have a drop box located outside the center gate where you can drop your payment by cash, check, or money order. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call us at 801-400-1086.

Can I pay by telephone?
Yes, we accept payment by credit card over the phone.

Can I pay by mail?
Yes, we accept checks or money orders mailed directly to us at the address below. Please make all check and money orders payable to Provo Central Storage and specify your name and unit number. Our billing address is:

Move Out

What do I need to do when I am ready to move out?
Easy! Notify us 15 days in advance, and after emptying your storage unit just make sure that it is clean and swept out and then call us. We will come and inspect your unit for damage and cleanliness before refunding your deposit.

Do you offer a mover?
Although don't offer a mover, would be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.
